I nearly fell over!!

Breakfast - 2x toast & marmite on the way to work (236cals)

Snack - I wasn't hungry but had a Fruisli bar as it was sat on my desk! (118cals)
.
Lunch!!! - I went to Boots, haven't been there for ages and thought I'd have a look at what I would usually get for lunch, it would have been something like this... Shapers chicken wrap (279cals), Walkers S&V crisps (an unbelievable 263cals) and a tiny strawberry mousse cheesecake (273cals) so a shocking 815cals just for lunch... and that's before the packet of Minstrels would have fallen into my basket!!!!!! So probably 1000cals then... EEEEEEEEK!!!
So today I had the wrap (279cals) with a greek yoghurt (151cals).
Total for lunch : 430cals. That still sounds a lot :-(

Snack - 1x Braeburn apple (80cals... that is SO unfair).
.
420pm- I wasn't hungry when I had that apple an hour ago, just bored. I'm craving something sweet now, proper sweet, like chocolate... mmmnnnnnn... How on earth do I get rid of this sugar craving? And DON'T suggest grapes Mum! Aaaaargh!

Between getting home and taking Aimee swimming I was starving and had the crusts from Aimee's ham sandwich. I reckon that's about 1/4 of a slice of bread (25cals)

Dinner... aaaaaaargh :-( :-( I made risotto with chicken and veg. I weighed out the single "portion" of Arborio rice and the packet says 279cals!! WHY????? :-( So, 100g chicken (157cals) and a shallot, pepper, asparagus, leek and chestnut mushrooms. I looked at cals on the olive oil, 41cals per teaspoon!!!!!!!!! I cooked it all but didn't eat it all as there was loads, I guess I ate 3/4. Total for dinner : 358cals

Total for the day : 1247cals

  4. There's nothing wrong with my time, I just checked the settings and they're correct! I'm posting this at 21:27, lets see what it says once it's posted...

  6. Hot chocolate.... oooh, good idea! Lets have a look at the calories... my Green & Blacks Organic Cocoa is 350cals per 100g and you make a mug with one teaspoon... I have no idea how many grams are in a 5ml spoon! Mum says 150cals for a mug of cocoa :-(

  8. The time at the end of a blog is the time the first 'episode' of the day is entered. ie If you log breakfast at 0930, then go on adding during the day, the time stays at 0930. I have discovered that by doing the same thing myself.
