Lunch - Pasta Bolognese.
Snack - Honey sandwich. (91+91+27+27+17cals, total of 253cals). Huh. Wanted something (proper) sweet as Aimee had a choc-spread sandwich after dancing early afternoon
Snack - carrots, melba toast & hummous
Dinner - Veg soup plus bread roll. (163cals for the soup, 150 for the roll)

The thing is that you are a 'normal' size and just need to stay that way. You are doing incredibly well. Have you realy had no booze for so long? God, you are good. xxx.
