HELP!!!!!!!! There's biscuits and a tub of Cadbury's Hero's in the office!

Breakfast - 1xegg (91cals I think) scrambled egg plus 2x bacon (37.5cals each, so 75cals). NO TOAST!!! Lets see how long I last with no carbs!
Total for breakkie - 166cals

Snack - Banana. I held out til 11am! (95cals)

Lunch - Mocassins, same as yesterday zzzzzzzzz...... plus bowl of chopped fruit same as yesterday (354+44cals)
Total for lunch - 398cals

I'm managing to resist the chocs so far......

Ooops.... 1x choc chip biscuit during mid-afternoon low point (68cals per biscuit according to the pack)

Dinner - salmon with rice in a ginger/sherry/soy tomato sauce with shallots & pepper. 131g salmon, so 187cals according to my "Nutriscales"!! And 60g of rice, 222cals. Plus 45 cals for the tinned tomatos and I'll add 20cals for the veg & olive oil .
Total for dinner 474cals.
