Breakfast - 2x toast with Bertolli & Marmite (256cals)

Snack - All day meeting and lunch wasn't going to be til 1pm so I had a banana about 1130. (95cals)

Lunch - 5 quarters of sandwiches, a small sausage roll and a handfull of grapes. Thank god there were no cakes or crisps, I have zero willpower! In fact, thank god I was in the meeting as someone showed me a go-round email on his Blackberyy saying there were birthday cakes in the kitchen!!!!! I reckon 300cals for the sarnies.

Aimee has Chloe round for tea and I made them chicken nuggets and there were a few left over so I ate those! I had 6; same as before they're homemade so juct chicken breast, breadcrumbs and grating of chedder and parmesan cheese. But I would have had something about now anyway. Going to really hard yoga class tonight so need the energy :-) No idea on calories so going to allow 150cals as they were healthy ones, does that sound fair? in fact, will Google it in a bit.

Dinner - another sodding chicken/veg stirfry. 217cals for the noodles and 138cals for the chicken. Plus veg & olive oil, I'd guess 50cals, so 405cals

Total : 1206cals.

You need three bowls, in the first put some plain flour, in the second put a whipped egg, in the third put a mix of breadcrumbs and grated parmesan and chedder cheese. Coat the chicken bite in the flour then the egg and then roll in the breadcrumb mix and fry for a few minutes. I can't get the cooking bit quite right as it says cook for 2 mins but I tried that and they weren't cooked through. trial and error and cutting a few in half to check they're cooked. The recipe says to include cayemme pepper and another spice ion the breadcrumb mix and i think that's really yummy but Aimee doesn't like it so I keep it plain.
