WAHAAAAAY!!! <...smug emoticon...>

Got on the scales this morning and just by watching what I eat a bit I have lost FIVE LBS in the week!!! I had to get on the scales twice to make sure! I was 12-4 last Monday (ask Mandy, whenever she asks me how much I weigh, I always say "about 12-4" and last Monday I was exactly that) and this morning I was 11-13!!! That's the first time I've been under 12stone in over a year!!! Wahoooooooo!!!
.
Breakfast - Dust (zero calories). Only kidding... Rice crispies (180cals)
.
OK, so I couldn't resist birthday cakes at work, I had one jam doughnut. But I resisted for 23 minutes after the email came out whereas usually I'd be first at the trough! Google search shows 287cals per 100g of M&S doughnut, it was a small one so I'm halving-ish that, 150cals.
.
Lunch - Boots Shapers chicken tikka flatbread (263cals). And I'll have the apple I bought in (80cals)
Total for lunch - 343cals
.
Snack at 5pm - 1 toast, bertolli & marmite (120cals). Starving... and going swimming when Aimee goes to Brownies at 6 and there's no way I'd have got through til dinner without something.
.
20 lengths swim whilst Aimee was at Brownies
.
Dinner - pasta (352cals), bacon (2 slices, 75cals according to the pack), creme fraiche (51cals) and veg. Total 478cals. Was masses, less pasta next time but 100g is what's recommended as a portion so that's what I went with.
.
Total for the day : 1271cals

  6. I was 11-3 before I got pregnant in 2000 so I'm sort of aiming for that. But I'm not going to diet, just change my eating habits and see how that goes. I think there's little point in doing stuff that I know I won't continue in the long run ie changing from semi-skimmed to skimmed milk, so cutting out snacks and cutting back on portions is my plan.
Mum... 100g of dry pasta was on a website and it was loads, I'll go for 50g next time.
