Breakfast - 2 slices brown bread with Bertolli & Marmite whilst dashing out the door
Snacks - banana and Fruisli bar (Jordans Wild Berries, 118kcal per bar Mum!)
Lunch - M&S beef/mustard/salad sandwich on 2 slices white bread. Also M&S creme caramel.
Snack - 6 Jacobs cream crackers with cheese (brie & cheddar) plus a few grapes
Dinner - not really hungry but just going to cook chicken stir fry, with noodles, 1/2 a pepper and onion with light soy sauce
Have also had 3 cups of tea with semi-skimmed milk and about 1/3 of a spoon of sugar in each cup.

Thurs 8th Jan - Forgot to mention I had 3 biccies at work on Wednesday afternoon :-(

ReplyDeleteBreakfast: bread 2 points per slice 4 + 0.5 for LIGHT Bertoli, Marmite 0 = 4.5
ReplyDeleteLunch: bread 4, butter 1, beef 1.5 per medium slice, salad 0, Creme caramel don't know but Waitrose is 2 = 8.5
Chicken stirfry - I count 2.5 for mine (no oil), noodles 2 per medium serving = 4.5 + olive oil at 1 per teaspoon
Jordan's bar say 1.5
Cream crackers 3, cheese depends on size but Brie medium portion is 3.5 and Cheddar medium portion 4.5
Sugar 0.5 per teaspoon
Semi skimmed milk 1 per quarter pint
So work it out ....
