Breakfast - Rice Crispies (180cals)
4 & 1/2 mile soggy walk with Mum
Lunch - Porridge with 1/2 apple and a tspn of golden syrup (250cals incl the apple etc)
Snack - roll with cheese and ham (178cals for the roll, 19 for the ham, 50g at a guess for the cheese. Total of 248cals)
Running Total - 680cals
Dinner - Roast pork, veg, 4 small roast spuds. NO idea of calories! Say 420cals to round it up to a days total of ... 1100cals? Weigh day tomorrow, I bet i've not lost another 5lbs. Hopefully lost a couple but will be happy if I've not put any of those 5 back on.

Well done with the porridge. Don't go spoiling it and buying a pastry when you go to Sainsburys :)
