Saturday

Breakfast - rice crispies with milk and 1/3 tsp sugar. I can't believe I did this but I weighed out the amount they recommend as a portion (30g)!! It's about what I would have anyway. 180cals.
.
Am resisting the urge to snack before lunchtime.
.
Cuppa tea with 1/3 sugar - 1 so far. I've just Googled calories in sugar and there are 15 calories (& 0.5 WW points) in a tsp of sugar.
.
Lunch - I made a 1x egg omelette with onion, courgette, pepper, mushroom and 2 slices of ham (38 cals for the ham plus 89 cals for the egg, so 127 cals, not bad. Notice I ignored any possible calories in the veg!) Petit Filous yoghurt (104 cals).
.
My 3 sisters dropped out of this afternoons planned walk one by one for a variety of excuses... errrrr... reasons, so I traipsed the 3&1/2 miles by myself, it was beautiful. Classic mistake of stopping in at The Lucky Duck for a cuppa ... and had a slice of their ginger cake! That's Mandy's fault; I wouldn't have eaten anything if she'd been there! About a gazillion calories I should think (will say 200cals, I haven't a clue). Going out for a curry tonight. Oh dear.
.
So 621cals today so far... before dinner anyway!
.
Lovely curry and a couple of drinks. Loads of calories tho :-(

  2. To be fair, Susie texted to say she had a hacking cough but had never said she was coming anyway, poor old Clare's car broke down on the way to Shere (head gasket's gone, oops) and Mandy started the walk with me but is on penicillin and feeling rotten and feak and weeble so dropped out and walked back to her car. Probably good thing as it was quite a hard walk, lots of uphill stuff plus I got lost momementarily! Def worth doing the walk tho, as there's some beautiful countryside round Shere.
Not doing too well food-wise but it's interesting jotting it all down and seeing it, I definitely have a sweet tooth and eat when I'm bored.
Hope you're having a lovely time.
