My god, I can get onto here at work!!!
.
Breakfast - 1 egg (89cals), 1 toast (91cals) with Bertolli (27cals per tsp) Total = 207cals
Snack - Fruisli (118cals)
Lunch - mug of clearly watered down tomato soup & soft roll from Greggs. Resisted the yum-yums :-)
2x tea with 1/3 sugar so far
.
oooops.... just succumed to the biscuits at work, one custard cream sized shortbread consumed!!
.
I had nothing else to eat between the naughty biscuit and dinner but was starving and it took a lot to not eat anything. Looks like I need something late afternoon if I'm eating later than about half five. Had one more cuppa in the afternoon.
.
Dinner (with Aimee) - mustard chicken and carrot & celeriac mash with mange tout. (Really suprised Aimee liked and ate all the mash but she said she only liked it a little bit!). No idea of cals for dinner. Nothing in veg surely (Mum?). Also had half a tin of peaches in fruit juice (89cals according to the tin, for half a tin!)
.
I really fancy something sweet (proper sweet, peaches don't count!) so I might have a square of dark chocolate later (woah, steady on!), I just checked the packaging, it's only 52cals per square! I might have two squares...... woooooooheeee!!!
.
One petit filous yoghurt (104cals). Have managed to ignore the choc, and Kellogs Rice Crispie Caramel Squares, so far... until just now, one square of Lindt dark choc, 52cals.

ReplyDeleteMax Miller, a larger than life WW2 personality, was a very risque comedian. He was never rude but got loads of laughs because his audience had 'dirty minds'!
They must surely be randomly computer generated, but it was a coincidence having one after the other ;)
