Really hungry for some reason but held out til lunch which was a pair of beige moccasins. Well, that's what it looked like. I had 2 wholemeal pitta bread with salad, a bit of chicken, a scraping of bertolli and some low fat french dressing. (127cals per pitta, I reckon half a breasts worth of chicken so 100cals? So 354cals) Oh and a 118cal yoghurt.
Total for lunch : 472cals

Dinner - veggie pasta in Dolmio chilli sauce. I used 60g of pasta, it looked like a tiny portion but it was enough. (210cals for the pasta, 87 for the sauce according to the packet. 297cals in total)
