Breakfast - Rice crispies
Snack - grapes
Lunch - leftover pasta from last night & yoghurt
Snack - more effin grapes
Snack - 2x crumpets with Bertolli & jam
Dinner (of sorts) - 2x toast with cheese & ham
So no veg at all then, other than what was in the bolog sauce. No chocolate either! :-)
