Breakfast - Rice crispies
Lunch - toast & honey and sainsbury's pastry (again!)
Snack - 2x packets of Hula Hoops over the afternoon at Mandys
Dinner - roast chicken, dollop of mash and veg
2 glasses of wine

I'm joining the weight loss game with Mum and Auntie Penny. I'm expecting lots of grief and sarky comments on what I eat! The blog title, and what prompted me to do this, is because I polished off a whole Jamaica Ginger Cake in 2 sittings. Ooops....
