Back to school thank god.
Breakfast - porridge + 1/2 apple. 191cals for a portion of porridge with water, what would that be with milk then?
Snack - 2 of Charlies cookies, thank goodness he's leaving (101 cals each. 202 cals then).
Lunch - my yummy homemade chicken/veg soup, no idea of calories. 1 bread roll (150cals?). Snack - Oh dear, 1 iced bun. in fact I might as well say 2 iced buns as there's a spare sitting here and I'm more than likely going to eat it!
Not having a good food week so far, no motivation and all I want to do is eat!
Dinner - chicken & veg stirfry.
Update - I only had a 1/3 of the 2nd iced-bun, I shared it. But to make up for it I bought a pain au chocolat when Aimee and I popped into Sainsbury's on the way home. Aimee's fault, she wanted one for pudding and put one in the bag for me too. Aaaaah! :-)

Running Total - gazillions. Not good at keeping this up am I... but how do you work out how many calories are in home made soup???

I'm not good on counting calories - veg is probably calorie free but some fat would have come out of the chicken carcass. But not many calories I would think.
