Glumday :-(

Weight - 11st 12lbs so up 1lb this week but I've eaten so much choc and bread over the lat few days I'm not suprised. I'm also not eating enough fruit & veg.
Breakfast - 2x Weetabix
Snack1 - Banana
Snack2 - some stupid idiot bought in chocolate cake for their birthday
Lunch - chicken & ham sarnie, greek yoghurt
Snack - grapes
Snack - 2x crumpets with bertolli & jam
Dinner - fajitas with chicken, pepper & ontion and salsa
