Breakfast - 2x Weetabix & milk
Snack - grapes, fruisli. Someone here bought M&S minibites in for their birthday, I had 4. At 90 calories each. Oh dear. And I was saved a choc-chip cookie from a meeting this morning I couldn't attend. Really yummy so bound to be loads of calories.
Lunch - homemade soup & roll and yoghurt
Snack - banana & fruisli before yoga
Dinner - 4x toast & marmite ahahahahahaha what happened to the healthy eating then eh?!
