Monday

12st 1lb :-( But I'm not suprised as I spent most of the weekend eating and drinking and haven't been properly careful for a while.

Breakfast - Rice Crsipies zzzzzzzzz..........
Snack (yes I've had a snack already and it's only just after 9am) someone bought a whole load of pastries in, instead of cakes, for their birthday. I've had one so far :-) a custard danish. Well I had 3 pastries in the end! What did I say above about not being careful?
.
Lunch - a fruisli bar and grapes. I could hardly justify anything more as I was stuffed on pastries!
Early tea with Aimee - homemade meatballs in homemade veg/tom sauce with non-homemade pasta. Maybe I should get a hobby and make my own pasta. Or maybe I should get a life and carry on buying it :-D
Snack - 2x toast & marmite and an apple.

Friday

Breakfast - Rice crispies
Snack - banana, fruisli. Oh and a left-over cake from yesterday's birthday bonanza.
I'm really not having a varied diet, am I !!!!
Lunch - vegan sarnie! Carrot, hummous, rocket and alfalfa.
Dinner - out for Clare's birthday, Old Orleans chicken and chips dish and numerous cocktails but only a mild hangover :-)

Thursday

I'll start today's off with an "oh dear"......!

Breakfast - Rice Crispies Multigrain shapes.
Snack - banana, fruisli
Lunch - veggie sarnie from Boots
Oh dear - 4, yes FOUR, cakes that someone bought in for their birthday! And I'm not talking mini miffins either. I think I'll leave it there...
Dinner - pasta bolognese
I'm really not eating enough fruit and veg :-(

Lunch - homemade chicken ceaser salad with low cal dressing, yoghurt
Snack - banana, 1x crust with honey
Dinner - remainder of Tuesdayschicken pie with broccolli. Really craved choc but didn't have any in the house!!!

No Snacks! I forgot to bring anything into work!
Lunch - meeting sarnies, crisps and a few grapes
Dinner - chicken pie with broccolli & peas with Aimee.
Blimey, that's not much!! Right, where did those Bourbon Creams go.......

Monday

Genuinely forgot to get on the scales!
Could have done with some comfort food first thing to build up courage for my first smear in about 6 years. Amazing how you can have 4 people staring and poking down "the business end" when you're giving birth but you do anything to avoid a 30 second test. And yes it's been on my to-do list but I have been influenced by Jade Goody as I've been getting some abdominal pain. Hopefully it's just all those grapes I've been eating or, as it's on the right, a grumbling appendix.

Now it gets tricky as Aimee had a friend for tea...
Snack - 6x Bourbon Cream biscuits
Tea - 5x chicken nuggets and some chips, 1 slice of Vienetta

Snack - 2x toast with 1 slice of ham and some cheese.

Breakfast - same as every other bloody day! Rice Crispies
Snacks - banana & fruisli. God my life is so repetative!
After Mandy's text last night saying she weighed 11st13lbs, I got on the scales this morning and I'm 11st11lbs and Clare says she's 11st12lbs. We JOKED about going to go for a colonic to shift a few more pounds! Bleargh!
Lunch - roast beef & horseradish salad sarnie from sainsbs, 407 cals!!! Plus a yog as always zzzzzz
Snack - another banana
Tea with Aimee - my very high cal fattrening chicken pilaf. So 2 skimpy shicken legs, veg and rice. Very high cals. You can almost see them :-)

Lunch - home-made sarnies : 2x wholemeal pitta with chicken, salad and lowcal dressing. Yoghurt (117cals)
Nearly went out for chocolate this arvo as having a shite day but have resisted.
Snack before taking Aimee swimming - cheese sarnie, 2 slices of bread.
Dinner - kids chicken curry & rice

Huh :-(

Yes Clare, I'm trying to avoid the fact that I've crept up to the 12st mark :-( It seems the only way I can do this is to keep on here and keeop putting the calories in. So here goes (starting from today as other than booze on Friday night, a massive chinese takeaway Saturday night and 2 pancakes with maple syrup on Sunday afternoon because I was feeling "peckish", I've been pretty good. Oh, apart from yesterday mid-afternoon, 2x bread with honey plus just the 1 (honest!) carrot with about a tablespoon of hummous). But, having put on half of what I've lost, I saw a bunch of people I've not seen for a while on Friday night and a couple of them, independantly, asked if I'd lost weight! Plus I saw Ginge at Farnham Firestation's car-scratch... errrr... car-wash, and he said I'd lost weight. So I guess it's showing somewhere!

Breakfast - Rice Crispies, can't remember cals, 180? Will check back.

Snack - banana 90cals and grapes, calorie free surely!
Ooops - 10x M&S mini chocolate fingers at 15 cals each. 150cals then.

Lunch - salmon and cucumber sarnie 270cals. Muller Rice 112 cals.
Total for lunch - 382cals

Bloody red nose day - baked choc-orange muffins for Aimee to take to school on Wednesday and I accidently ate 4.

Dinner - left overs from Sunday roast, small portion, honest.

Running total - 802cals. Not including muffins and mini-roast.

Snack - found my leftover grapes in the fridge at work
Snack when I got home before taking Aimee swimming - 2x toast
Dinner - 2x bacon, onion & mushroom pasta in 1/2 fat creme fraiche & parmesan
Now if I'd not had the 2nd lot of toast, that would have been a good day!

Monday (wk 8)

11st 12lbs. It's clear I'm slacking as I know i've not had a good couple of weeks and suprise suprise I'm not losing anything. Hangover from Saturday has mostly cleared now but I'm tired so today might be tricky!
Breakfast - Rice crispies. Sam just has black coffee and is then not hungry til at least lunchtime, maybe I should try that!
Snack - banana and yoghurt. Verrrrrry hungry!
Lunch - left over roast lamb from yesterday, and grapes
Snack - 3x custard cream biscuits. How the hell did that happen?
Dinner - home made fish pie which didn't kill Aimee despite her thinking it would, plus she didn't entirely cover it in ketchup so it can't have been that bad, I thought it was lovely! "No salmon next time Mummy, just fish-finger type fish."

Sunday

Breakfast - egg sarnie (2x toast) & iz pastry
Lunch - 2x toast & marmite
Dinner - roast lamb, root veg ctreamed mash, cabbage, diced roast potatoes, profiteroles&cream plus 1 large vodka & orange and 2 glasses of wine.

Saturday wk6

breakfast - errrrrr..... forgot again as busy getting up and getting Aimee's sleepover friend ready to be picked uo and getting aimee off to dancing. bought 2x sausage rolls at Co-op whilst aimee at modern.

Lunch - gawd, cant remembrer.... errrrmmmm.... nope ... oh yes, defrosted one of my cjocken soups and had with stale bread role from friday. In fact hadonlyu a few mouthfills before having to take aimee back to dancing for tap, then had the rest when we ot home at 2pm.

Snack I must hace had something...... 2x crumpets definitely. with bertollu & jam obvosuly... erm.... that might have been it. didn't ouch the custard creams. oh yes a stale jam tart I found in the lounge keft over from aimee and sarahs midnight feats they eventaully had on the morning as their alrlam at midnight didn't go off for some strange reaons. I(cos mean mujmmy switched it off once they were asleep :-) hahahaha)

Dinner - tapas and 1 & 1/2 bottles of chenon blanc at a tapas bar feck loadsof calories then oh dear :-)
